In this welcoming minicomic, cartoonist Ashley Robin Franklin examines her lifelong relationship to the horror genre and takes you through her history with it– from exposure to horror films at a young age, through her ghoulish teen years, and all the way to today, as an adult drawn to create comics with horror elements. It’s a silly, reflective, and earnest love letter to the genre.
Why Horror? is a love letter to horror, but also a love letter to loving a genre of storytelling with joy and enthusiasm!
